Helping People Stick With Therapy
Nurture was created to address a critical gap in mental healthcare. While therapy is effective, over 67% of people drop out before their tenth session. The challenge wasn’t access, but consistency. I designed Nurture as a supportive layer around therapy helping users reflect, track progress, and stay engaged between sessions. By turning therapy into an ongoing, guided experience.
